As a leading cocoa supplier from Sierra Leone, we implement rigorous quality control measures across our entire value chain—from farm selection to final export—ensuring that our cocoa beans and products meet the highest global standards.
Our Quality Management system is designed to deliver consistent, safe, and premium-grade cocoa to international buyers. We combine traditional post-harvest methods with modern inspection techniques to guarantee product integrity, traceability, and customer satisfaction.
We work closely with smallholder farmers and cooperatives who follow ethical and sustainable farming practices. Our field agents provide training in proper fermentation, drying, and storage to enhance bean quality at the source.
Every batch of cocoa beans is graded based on: Fermentation percentage, Moisture content, Bean size and uniformity, Mold and pest-free standards. Only export-grade beans are approved for shipment.
Using digital moisture meters and visual inspections, we ensure that cocoa beans meet the standard moisture content (typically 6–7%) and are free from mold, insects, and foreign matter.
Cocoa beans are cleaned, sorted, and packed in 50kg jute bags under hygienic conditions. All packaging is properly sealed and labeled for traceability and easy customs clearance.
Our cocoa undergoes laboratory testing as needed, and each shipment is issued with: Phytosanitary Certificate ,Certificate of Origin ,Quality Report ,Packing List and Bill of Lading
